At BlueBolt Chargers, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions with a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If your charger doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the charger in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned hardware, and upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
